Many thanks for all your efforts at our party on 29th July. The food was superb and won us lots of praise as party givers!!  I think the secret of a good do is for the hosts to be relaxed, and knowing that the catering and all it entails, menu selection, purchasing, cooking and serving, is in capable hands goes a long way.
